Thread: Winamp fading problem

    ok ive been trying to fix this all day with no luck i like the fade option in winamp and i have all of them turned on including fade at end of song but everytime i close the options it always turns on crossfade and turn fade at end of song off could some1 help ASAP! thanks.

    btw: it just started doin this today and never did before

    Get rid of crappy ass Winamp. Almost every post that contains a media player problem is dealing with Winamp.

    Everyone says it's the best, BUT IT'S NOT!!

    @ Mofos - Could you tell me what exactly you have done, and what exacty the problems you're having please? Have you turned on crossfade in the settings?

    Yes ive turned on crossfading but it fades into the next song before the one thats playing is even finished but i remeber before i never needed crossfade on for it to fade to the next song.

    It sounds like you have the times on the crossfading set too high???
    Theres a small counter so you can choose how many seconds of crossfade you want, its best to keep to 1-2 seconds or you will end up with your current problem.
    Might be wrong but it seems like thats whats going on.

    exactly. lower the # and u should be fine.

    Winamp can do all of that...and not make you connect to the internet to verify copyrights?
