Just wondering if anyone uses iMesh?

A mate of mine kept telling me how wonderful it is and that he's getting songs d/l'd in 5 seconds (on a half meg connection ) yeah he's a bit full of sht but I looked into it anyway.

This prog seemed slow and not good at finding stuff.
But the worst part is the 3-4 spyware/hijack progs it installs without your concent or knowledge, after installing, not liking then uninstalling I ran Pest Patrol and it picked up 22 bad files, all bar 3 were high risk browser hijack files and a couple of Trojan d/lers.

If you're running this iMesh I suggest you use a good Spyware prog such as Pest Patrol or Giant ASW (altho Giant misses things PP picks up) to see what it has installed and remove them.

Personally I advise not to use it full stop.

If this info has already been posted (could'nt find it) then apologies.

both programs are crap. tried em both on another pc, not this one thank god. just as much fakes as there are on kazaa. avoid like the plague.

To be honest I did'nt think much of the prog anyway, only found the spyware after, I think I'll stick to what I using for now
