Banner lookks very good, position of banner needs tweak as you said so...
EDIT: Im not sure how you intend on moving the banner to the right again and I dont care for the annoying middle banner thing.

Well Im not actually sure of thae name of the backround after looking around now but its the dark blue with the grids that flashes whil changing pages and is kinda annoying to look at, Ive attached screenie...

Chromo skin is almost finished, there are some minor bugs but I dunno how to fix that atm.
I will have a look @ the background picture.

known bugs in the Chromo skin:
using IE:
there is a line under the banner.
using Firefox:
There is a line through the custom member title
The team page is messed up.
logging out while using the Chromo skin gives an error.
Board rules link needs 2 be added.
