What P2P client are you using? Do you know anything about verifieds?
Kazza lite and yes i know about verifeds but sometimes its not there or its doesn't download and as for bittorrent i got a fast modem but its downloading at dial up speed

Are you using a firewall, router, nat? Try eMule Plus
i have the xp windows firewall thats it ok i will try emule.
