What sound card you got BROCKSTER ?
You should have the appropriate one as they all have
line out / speaker etc..

im not sure its new tho i got it all upgraded and my speakers are pretty loud as well it cant be that bad

For maximum performance, I recommend using optical wires. Make sure that your sound card has a SP/DIF output and then attach that with an optical cable to your stereo to the optical input.
Or you could use plain old Phono leads...
A TV-Out and a VGA lead will do the job for connecting your PC to TV.
