i know this is slightly off topic, but could i just ask if anyone can get onto suprnova?i just tried to get on and it loads a blank page. this makes me think that there might be some kind of universal thing with torrent sites.

Torrent sites have been getting hit hard lately. Quit a few have been forced to shut down.

I just checked and SN is also having problems. Try going to search.suprnova.org , you can still search for stuff.

EDIT: Yea, ive heard of dvdr-core. I heard it was down. I havent checked though.

Makes me wonder why so many members of staff have been leaving recently. A couple from TB and now the admin from filelist.org's gone as well.

Yea, thats what im assuming. The guy from Youceff that they got living near the host was very "shaken up" when he was talking to the guy in change (cant remember his name, too little sleep).
