is there something I need to instal so I can do that?.

user cp>edit signature>put text tere.
or if you want an image there then put:
(without spaces)[img ]http://website.com/image.filetype[ /img]
just like you would do in a post.

You need to upload the picture to a web host.
Try: http://www.imageshack.us/
or http://www.photobucket.com/
