    I use ccleaner . and system mech pro. Mechanic has a clean prefetch option aswell , which is nice. So easy to use !

    CCleaner and Windowwasher are my favorites.
    Dustbuster is good, f you like not knowing what's being cleaned...

    More suggestions here.
