Forgive my ignorance, but is the suit exclusive to the animated series (which I'm ignoring for this argument) or does he use it in the actual comics?

yes, YOUR excluding it because it gives superman a reason to whip batman's ass

and i believe it was in the comic so it doesn't really matter

any how, who gave you the power to make the rules? who said the series don't count?

I only said I was excluding the series not the suit...I expect the suit has weaknesses or else Superman would be wearing it all the time to make himself invinceable.

The comics are generally treated as being canon to the Batman/Superman mythos. The cartoons, whilst mildly amusing, are really just for children.

Or shall we include the Batman from the 1960's series? He, of course, would use his "Anti-Superman-in-an-anti-Kryptonite-suit" spray on Superman and thus win.
