Ok well not really i no good. There is many more programs that do what it does but better. It can clean and fix problems pretty much and monitor stuff.
I would highly recomend highly jv16 power tools and sytem mechanic. With thoses utlities your set. Jv16 has a very good registry program within it. System Mechanic can clean and do other stuff. Dont fell like explain everything they can do.
Just get those and you will be fine.

IMO yes install Norton Utilities. Norton WinDoctor alone is worth it. And if you only have the standard windows defrag prog Norton Speed Disk is much better. But I too like ninja use & recommend jv16 PowerTools, which is freeware. I wouldn't be without WinDoctor though.

For defraging hd go with Executive Software Diskeeper i like it better than speed sik because it is faster and it can diognose the defragment faster than speed disk can.
Im into speed so i guess it personal opinion.
