yeah, without that right the people with power would do even more stupid unfair things
yes one has the right to question.....However that doesn't mean that just because one disagrees with a decision that the ruling is incorrect.

Think for yourself and question authority.
Every time the Supreme Court makes a decision that fits your beliefs, than they are doing their job. When they make a decision that disagrees with your beliefs then there activist judges.
