Chris Turner of Man Utd and Sheff Weds was 5' 10", I don't know of a shorter one except for Billy The Fish.
I plan on beating him to death with his kids. I'll use them as a bludgeon on his face. -

Mick Finn of Chelsea was only 5'5". I think he is one of the smallest goalkeepers on record.
