I bought a black midi case from them and just found out the drive bays have been bent in so nothing will fitGot to go through the long return process now
They’ve been good in the past, has anyone else ever had any bad experiences with them?

nah their own brand stuff is actually decent. they were selling a modem (adsl) 4 port router on their site for something like £14. apparently there were over 1000 reviews saying it was quality.

I've had a couple of fucked up orders from them, totally my fault, but I wasn't sure how to return them and couldn't be arsed to read their site instructions.

what's the sd ram memory size? is it ddr?

It's 128megs and it's SDR, not DDR. Pretty much useless to me since all of the PCs I have use DDR motherboards.
