    Idk its not bad but its kinda annoying. I just upgraded to XP Pro Corp so maybe thats why. Is ther a way to get it back to how it is in Home?

    A new 939 pin Athlon 64 with an upgrade OS. Are you crazy?

    Do a clean install!!!



    Edit: I don't think the white stuff has anything to do with hardware.
