The roads here are actually flooded here and there. About 30 miles from here some villages are completely flooded and Carlisle (100 miles) has no electricity whatsoever and 3 people died

yeah. i dont know what the wires purpose is, or was. its been on the wall for as long as i can remember but now it keeps whipping the window and shitting me up
