A true western delight, and I'm sinking my fangs into one as I'm typing this.

    Here's my recipe:

    3-4 Lg Eggs
1 bag of Simply Shreds Hashbrowns
    2 lb Chedder/Jack Cheese
    1/4 C Diced Green Onions
    1 lb Sausage
    1/4 C Green Peppers
6 6-8" Flour Torillas (8-10" but makes less servings)

Start cooking your sausage, peppers & onions until sausage is fully cooked. Drain 1/2 the oil, and add hashbrowns and cook till done.
Whip eggs with a mixer until creamy, and add to the remaining mixture, and cook until eggs are done.
Spread mixture into tortillas, and add a large amount of cheese...roll up and place in a nuker for 80 sec to get the cheese all melted and goooey.

Top with Green Chilie, and more cheese. Salsa & Sour Cream optional...but recommended.

    Enjoy!!!

i tried to save the recipe but got this warning

    Is it safe ?

it’s an election with no Democrats, in one of the whitest states in the union, where rich candidates pay $35 for your votes. Or, as Republicans call it, their vision for the future.
