I was looking back over a few posts and i saw that "Z" had suggested posting favourite Rap/Hip-Hop Albums. Good idea, I'll get the ball rolling:
Illmatic by Nas
Primative Plus by Edan
Ready To Die by Notorious B.I.G
Like Water For Chocolate by Common
Blackstar by Mos Def + Talib Kweli
Arrythmia by The Anti-Pop Consortium
Internal Affairs by Pharoahe Monch
It Takes A Nation Of Millions by Public Enemy
Enter The Wu-Tang 36 Chambers by Wu-Tang Clan
Supreme Clientele by Ghostface Killah
They are all well worth a listen.

Soopaman, that's a great list - nice to see some real hip hop fans on here. Here's a little list but I'm sure I'm missing out a load I shouldn't.
Mobb Deep - The Infamous
Mos Def - Black On Both Sides
Ghostface Killa - Supreme Clientele
Wu-Tang Clan - Enter The Wu-Tang
Jedi Mind Tricks - Violent By Design
Afu-Ra - Body Of The Life Force
Nas - Illmatic
2Pac - All Eyez On Me
Redman - Muddy Waters
Raekwon - Only Built 4 Cuban Linx
Big L - The Big Picture
Roots Manuva - Brand New Second Hand (and Run Come Save Me)
The Roots - Things Fall Apart
Eminem - The Marshall Mathers LP
Mos Def & Talib Kweli - Black Star
Soundbombing Vol. 2
Common - Like Water For Chocolate
7L & Esoteric - Dangerous Connection
Could be plenty more though, but if I was allowed to listen to nothing else for a year I'd be happy.
edit: I've never heard that Edan - Primitive Plus, so I'm going on the hunt for it now...

My favouite older album is Run DMC-Raising Hell, listened to it soooo much when i was a kid.
Lately i would say J-Zone-Pimps Don't Pay Taxes,a quality album!!
Am currently downloading The Roots-Things Fall Apart and Edan-Primitive Plus,so maybe my favourite might change in the near future.
