    is it really reccomended that i get peerguardien?? coz i dont have it?

    This is like asking whether it's a good idea to not ever run antivirus software in my opinion.

    In short, you're foolish NOT to run this or something similar!

    .I have Norton anti virus and norton firwall do I still need Peergaudian and do I run it side by side with norton.

    Unless you can put in ip ranges to be blocked by Norton's firewall (and do so), you also still need Peer Guardian.
