Yes, David is the co-creator of life.

Though I do suspect Beau is good at bashing things in with his head, or atleast bash other heads

After years of deep research
David H20 has been dripping from the skies, noses and yes even the papayas after dehydrating from the sea, however due to suction in the Sahara, David is is still cool, and fluid

However

Beau(x) intended on ruling the earth until the humans came along, so he got totally owned and pawned and abused

so

In Conclusion : Beau was not essential enough, but had a higher IQ, but Davidh20, needed to pee, and humans understand that.
