Just kidding in Sweden you would be breaking the radio law by running your computer without a case that acts as a EMI shield, because the Electro magnetical Interferrence signals coming from the computer might interfer with military and civil radio communication. But mostly it might hurt your health I would not run my computer without a case due to the radiation, the radiation from the monitor is enough for me

There's my PC. It's pretty quiet. I changed the LED fans for panaflos. I also changed the stock AMD HSF to the TT Silent Boost. The noise is still noticeable, but comfortable. The only thing keeping it from dead silence is the generic PSU that came with the case. I will eventually change that too. Maybe I'll do it with my next check.

P.S. Excuse the dust. That was left behind by the old PC.
