I want a cool new look without that stupid windows flag on my start bar.
I want to change the entire bar across the bottom of the screen, where can i find stuff to do this, and how do i do it?
Also does anyone know how to change the start button to say something else?

There used to be a pretty good guide on good software to change the appearance of your desktop, but it's mysteriously vanished :VB:
I use StyleXP to change the general theme, start bar etc.
Also try ObjectDock and Kapsules for extra fanciness.

styleXP is the best, IMO, for changing the windows theme.
Windows blinds is another good one but it uses much more resources than stylexp.
style xp themes can be found at: http://www.themexp.org
windowsblinds themes can be found at: http://www.wincustomize.com

Watch yourself on themexp tho. They've taken to bundling most of their stuff with adware.
customize.org's pretty good as well tho.
