unknown host exception

After getting 66% of a file i had to restart my PC. Now i am getting the unknown host exception error of one download. Other downloads from different trackers are working fine. Does that mean the problem torrent is having pproblem with the tracker ? BTW the tracker is
" http://tracker02.bananajama.org:6969/announce" and i am using azureus.

I often get this error with Azureus. Sometimes I can still download with it (if the smiley is blue) and at other times I just wait and then it comes back.

I'm not entirely sure what it means - I guess it's a bit like getting a "this page cannot be displayed" on the internet. As far as I know, though, there's nothing you can do about it apart from wait.
