yep. it took ages to sync though cos the pc with it in is crap.

if i use this pc i can't record games, if i use that pc is lose sync cos its crap

i used my tv card to record it btw

Well, it looks pretty good to me

I've got a TV card on a shelf still in the box. I've always meant to install it but never thought I'd get much use out of it.
