    I miss lazy afternoons at the lake...My portable radio, a fishing pole and a cold six pack of Moosehead.

    @Winter...When are you leaving?

    I would like to see pics of your local bodies of water. I plan on a major vacation
    of relaxation this summer. ( Fishing the forums water's)

    Peace bd

    closest thing we have to a lake here

    it’s an election with no Democrats, in one of the whitest states in the union, where rich candidates pay $35 for your votes. Or, as Republicans call it, their vision for the future.

    Not really the best fishing lake since it gets so busy. I don't really fish fresh water anyhow since I'm only about 3 hours from the coast

    Great for everything recreational though

    LAKE TRAVIS

    P.S. Do a search for 'Devils Cove' and your sure to find some good pics

    I actually live in the Lake District in the U.k so theres a few to chose from(or is there?) I'm still not sure why they call it this, agreed there is plenty of large bodies of water here but the only 1 I can think of thats actually a lake is Bassenthwaite the rest are either meres or waters This is an age old argument I have at work so if any1 could tell me what it takes to b a lake or if there are actually any other lakes in the "lake district" I would appreciate some hard evidence.
    Right I'm off to get some friends and a life won't be long.

    Not really. I'm at Laval on that map. Just north of Montreal.

    It's a bit warmer today. -20°C today.

    Yeah!

    I guess I'll add a few more logs to the fire.
