That bundle will mean 1 PC by wireless connection and 1 with wires.

Wouldn't that be the case with any wireless modem?

You'll still need to plug in the telephone cable into the back for the initial connection. As long as PC1 is connected to the main device, it shouldn't have any problems.

Just for clarification, effectively what Samurai said.

If you want full security, any new wireless router will have to be set up using a wired connection otherwise:
    1) you may not be able to connect anyway.
    2) as soon as you set the security you lose the connection until you re-establish the same security on the PC.
    3) any eavesdropper could see what security you are installing.

As soon as you've completed the initial installation you can use it fully wirelessly. That's just the same as having an extra PC connected by wires but left switched off.
    .
Political correctness is based on the principle that it's possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

I went down a model when I purchased a Netgear DG632 instead of a Linksys. My Netgear ended up on eBay with me losing about 20% of what I had paid for it.

Just got the Linksys WAG54G. Set it up in 5 minutes (2 Desktops 1 Laptop). The desktops are wired and the laptop connects wirelessly. The only problem is that the rouyter didn't come with instructions about security. I was wondering if there was any step by step tutorial for securing this router. I already configured it to only allow my MAC numbers, is that enough?

Also, how do you share files over the wireless netwrok?
