I'm not really sure what they're called. But basically, I need to create a video of what I'm doing on the computer (mouse movement and everything). I tried searching but wasn't sure what keyword to use.

If your video card has a S-video or composite video output you can just connect it to a VCR.

Thanks for the help. Tried them all but actually went with Camtasia Studio 2 which works perfect.

The only problem is that I recorded me buying something from ebuyer and i now need one of thos black bars to come over the creedit card number which I cannot seem to do. (got the whole adobe suite, power director and movie maker)
