Thread: Do I need some kind of IP Blocker with bittorrent?

    you can usethe SafePeer plugin in with Azureus, or you can use Bitcomet, which has it built in, but you need a seperate program to download the blocklists, then again you can use protowall or peerguardian to block access to your entire computer no matter what the program... And yes I do recomend it, especially on public trackers, your putting yourself at greater risk...

    yes It will continue to do its work...

    you may notice it blokc some web sites, this can be a good thing sometimes... but if you really want to go there, then just go into the settings and click allow all connections to port 80...

    there are many different list avalible, but in short, it may contain the ip's of those responsible of uploading the fakes, but will not contain the IP's of those who've dl'ed the fakes and continue to share them without their knowledge...

    protowall and blocklist manager works amazingly well
