Is this true? If so, were can I download the "memory card file" to upload useing my X-port usb device? I recently mentioned earlier that my DVD laser clicks and refuses to read DVD format disks. Any ideas?

you mean hdloader? get that from ps2ownz fourms, you can fix your DRE problem yourself if you want, if you haven't opened your ps2 sony fixes it for free but anyway
