No matter what browser I use, no pages ever scroll smoothly. I get these flickering sort of black lines that are horizontal and appear when I scroll up or down, theyíre not huge or anything, but they are noticeable and cause the browser to sort of stutter. It also happens when I watch DVDíS (any sort of rip works fine, HDTV ect) but shop bought DVDís do the line thing too

Does anyone know what I mean? And how to fix it?

What onboard graphics? Perhaps a motherboard model number would help?

Ya, you definately need the video card drivers.

I, too, get this immediately after installing windows (or any other time when there are no video card drivers installed).
