    I have never understood why my scheduled tasks do not run. I have Spybot, Norton, Tune Up Utilities 1 Click Maintinence, Adaware, and Giant, all set to run at separate times, and all set to run as my computername/log on name. And "Run only if log on" unchecked. But none of them have ran since I created them on December 12. Can anyone help me with making my scheduled tasks run. Please and thankyou.

    i had this problem with norton home ed & automatic updates before
    their advice: delete the task and re-create it...assholes
    it didint work for me, maybe you'll have better luck

    start>run>services.msc>press enter or click OK
    make surethe scheduled tasks service is started.
