    Upload around 1 Mbit
    Download 5.5-7M Mbit

It varies as I'm on ADSL2+ which is new in the UK. If I weren't so far from my telephone exchange it would be closer to 20 Mbit download.

2Mb/256kB Is what Im on currently but Im just migrating to another business ISP which does 8Mb/448Kb and Im only 500meters from exchange and maxout so will should maxout the 8Mb aswell.

No capping no port blocking no timeout due to being business provider

Another good thing is the price is about 20p difference
