I've been looking at the official Sony US forums for a while today. It's mad, everyone's crazy. I posted a topic there and literally within a couple of minutes it went on to two pages of replies.

The price will drop soon enough.

$250 is too much for a handheld.

True - And AFAIK all the launch models are the trademark black.

Hopefully other styles will come out soon in a couple of months - Been wanting a white one for a while

I'm not much into the color my game system. As long as it play good games that pretty much does it for me. (and as long as it's not pink

)

I just talked to a friend of mine and it looks like I'll be getting one for $100 dollars in late April.
