Thread: Best Defragmenting Utility?

    has ne1 any thoughts or opinionson which they think is the
    best defragger?
    ive been using perfect disc for a year now is there anything better?

    In my humble opinion it has to be diskeeper.

    It's very quick and has a few of good features.

    eg. "set it and forget"
    boot defrag

    This question has already been asked to many times.

    But i will have to agree u should get Executive Software Diskeeper 7.

    I like it a lot because it faster thna most defragers so go with that.

    I only go with what the original o/s manufacturer's defrag ultil since it's been fully tested out and such.. safer.
    *Vote's for Defualt XP Defragger*

    The default defragger sucks to put it bluntly. Executive Software Diskeeper 7. Visit their site to download a copy. Good stuff.

    VoptXP is very good & fast & also has other features. It does'nt run in the background like diskkeeper, just run it when you need it.
