Hi,
I just did a fresh installation of Windows XP Home, when i surf internet or even browse file, folders in windows XP..it laags like hell.
I mean the scrolling is so laggy...it's so slow.
I'm wondering how i can change to smooth scrolling of pages, files, folders,etc......
How can i do that? I have already changed the settings for Internet Explorer to smooth scrolling but it still laags like hell....what other settings do i need to change?

You have to install graphics card drivers...

yup I agree with bigdawgfoxx... the lagging is almost always caused bvy having old/generic video drivers.

UPDATE:
Yep it was missing driver prb. Now i have installed the video card driver and everything is back to normal.
