I was told yesterday...

...by a person who wouldn't know anyway, that I have no sense of humor.

This person is of no moment to me, yet I am bothered by his statement.

He always wants to tell me a joke in the worst way, then unfailingly proceeds to do just that.

I cannot laugh at a poorly told joke, no matter how good it is.

I told him that I could hone his joke-telling ability had he not made his untoward comment, and sent him on his way.
