I'm doing about 50 gigs/mo on usenet, and 100 gigs/mo on torrents. Uploading is about 150-200 gigs/mo using torrents - might as well use the connection to keep files seeded and increase my ratios.
I would say ~50 to 100 but it depends on the month and how busy I am with work and all.

It all depends on the material... Anywhere from 50 to 200gb depending on live music and dvdrips coming out worth downloading
