    one way: copy a shortcut to:
    C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

    copy the shortcut your used to start the program.

    yeah, make sure you're copying a shortcut, and not the .exe itself.

    Also, I and others have had troubles with getting Y'z toolbar to work on startup. If by chance, your toolbar doesn't work when you start back up, right-click the toolbar, go to customize, and then "ok" out of that dialog, and it'll refresh itself. I find that this problem is avoidable if you don't start out with maximized windows.
