System Resources and RAM are two different things. If it says you're out of memory, that means you either have too many programs running, or you closed a program and it failed to release the memory it was using (Kazaa has a problem with this). Like Soul814 said, you either need a memory recovery program like Rambooster, or simply restart your computer.

Yes It does say 58%, Ihave a total of 64.0MB of Ram, And I dont usually have lots of programs running, rightnow I just have Kazza and my cd drive on my task bar. Where can I get a Ram booster?

    1. get some more ram.
    2. goto start/run and type "msconfig".
    3. delete stuff you dont need on startup.
    4. maybe run a virus check.
It seems you have something running in the background ?
    Hope that helps
