Resizing an image for better display in a thead?

Say I got an image that is 1024x768 and i want it to display here as something alot smaller but when clicked on, displays its full size.

Anyone know?

Heh... got it to work. Uploaded a resized version of it then made that a link to the full size version.

i just make a smaller one and upload the two. post the small one but it links to the big one.
