  2. BitTorrent   -   #242
Bittornado. Have tried various others, but have had problems with ports from all of them.

  3. BitTorrent   -   #243
Azureus has worked great for me.

  4. BitTorrent   -   #244
I used bit comet for ages but then started downloading from torrent-damage who banned it so i now use bitlord. To be honest apart from a few colours and icons it seems exactly the same, fast and reliable

  16. BitTorrent   -   #256
Yet ABC. Seems to work well, just depends what site you get the torrents from. How is eXeem?

µTorrent uses less memory, it's incredibly small (less then 100kb) it doesnt need Java and its easy to use
Azureus has more options, µTorrent only has the most important options

    me trashed Azureus today

download µTorrent and try it.. you dont need to install it. (its just 1 .exe file )

The latest version of Azureus But maybe I'll try BitComet, because you can download just 1 file of a torrent if you want to.

  26. BitTorrent   -   #266
I'm a bitTornado and ABC user myself. If I'm leeching then I use ABC, however if I'm uploading torrents then I am more inclined to use BitTornado.

I use Shareaza with a Cable Modem, Downloads are really slow. I mostly use it for apps. So are you guys saying That if I got Azerus, BitComet, or BitTornado, Downloads would be faster?

I use BitTornado. I tried out Azureus and loved all the funktions. Sadly it slows down my internet connention so that I can hardly browse the web while downloading.

and you can fake tunnel through a firewall by
    advanced > manual announce
    every 20 minutes or so

    tweaking each torrent network
    [up/down limits] to maximized up+down
    is more convenient

    if you
    details >
    and randomized the priorities
    of constituent files
    the network speeds up

haven't found another client with such features

  35. BitTorrent   -   #275
i started with abc, moved on to bitcomet and utorrent and now use azureus since it is the only client which i found really working with private trackers (with dht turned off) with working i mean that it really just dls and uls to sources provided by the tracker, unlike bitcomet where you have sometimes 150 peers when in reality there are just ~100 on the tracker

  36. BitTorrent   -   #276
Used Bitcomet for the longest time b4 switching to Azureus...I find it much more user friendly..

  37. BitTorrent   -   #277
    bitcomet the best speed.
