    Does anyone knows how to fix it? see picture

    I searched google and couldn't find a solution.

    but my only ideas would be to

    1. start>run>type 'sfc /scannow' (you will need your xp disk for this).

    2. try it in safemode see if it works.

    3. if nothing else works reinstall windows/repair install.

    Are you installing something? Or just trying to open Device Manager?

    I did a format acouple of days and i just want to check if everything is ok..
    ill try that rossco ***did not worked.

    It is looking for "devmgr.dll", normally found in "C:\WINDOWS\System32" or whatever your system settings are. There's a copy in the attached zip.

    Also, check your registry settings with the version in the attached file (it will need editing if your system folder is different to "C:\WINDOWS\System32".

    Good one lynx, while he's at it ,he could make a short cut on his desktop . One click to device manager .
