    Yes, delete them.

You can, if you wish, delete the entire contents of C:\WINDOWS\PREFETCH\ which is a good idea to to once in a while, just make sure you don't delete the PREFETCH folder itself.

The log looks clean now but be on your guard... install Spybot Search & Destroy, then enable both Tea Timer and SDHelper.

The MS Antispyware application has the same type of features and you could enable those to be doubly safe, but I found it sometimes asked me to make a decision based on no information - not telling me what a filename was or what data was actually changing. Also when it automatically allowed something I found the notification box wasn't up long enough for me to read it.
I'd say it's a good start for MS, but it needs lotsa work.

good work chewie i learnt something there
Enuf i would personally remove these 2 from you startup
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe
    C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_01\bin\jusched.exe

im sure you can manully update them in 6months time instead of them searching every bloddy time and using resources + bandwidth.
    my opinion zat iz all.
