Mpeg Movie

I just pipped a movie form a DVD (The Master Of Disguise). One problem, its huge . It was 1.31gb but I got it down to 801mb. I want to put it on a single VCD. Any Ideas on how I can make it smaller but keep the mpeg format?

if thats 801mb.mpeg if will burn to 1cd ..if not lower the bitrate .
but u will also loss a lot of quality.

if u wan't an 1/2 decent quailty vcd with a low bitrate it's better to use
a frame sever like dvd2avi and come striaght of the dvd format instead of the avi. alot quicker as well
