THIS MADE MY DAY! What a hilarious story.
Basically, story involves two people and a child they conceived "together". A man and a woman, both doctors had an affair six years ago. During that time, one day the woman gave the man oral sex. Upon ejaculation, the woman somehow secretly saved the sperms and later used it to conceive a child.
She later sued the man for child support which the courts granted!!
The man counter-sued for emotional distress and THEFT OF SPERM!!! The circuit courts ruled against the man. He appealed and the appeals court agree that there is emotional distress but disagree on the theft of sperm.
What a story!
