    Well he wont be able to get an nforce chipset...

    oh about that, the friend im building for dosent know how to burn dvds and she won't be doing any kind of burning except watching dvds
    so everythings ok then

    Still should get the DVD burner. It's very little difference in price ($9.50) and the ability to store data on 4.7 GB media is great for backups not just movies.

    Once there is a DVD burner available to use then learning about how to use it is only a small step.

    That same burner must be available in your area too. Check local computer stores.
