I don't think it's best but IMO it is at least as good as SAW. Not as a movie but the ending (the plot twist in the ending) is shocking.
Also "Oceans Eleven". Maybe many would disagree but the whole movie you think that you know what is going on and how are they going to steal the money and in the end you understand that you didnt know a shit![]()
"Abre los ojos" (the original Vanilla Sky) is also great. It looks much more real than the remake.
Also IMO "The Butterfly Effect" didn't have a plot twist. I love that movie but I wasn't surprised at any point of the story.

i thought the film was over after the cabin scene but then the girl comes back through the tv and kills the guy.
layer cake had a good twist at the end aswell
pirates of the carribean, jonny depp was a ghost too.
