Thread: burning films with .sub/.srt

    i am trying to burn some films with .srt sub files on to disk so i can watch them on my xbox, so far i can only do it with a .sub file, can the box use .srt or where can i find .sub for my jap films i have, thanks.

    if you already have the .srt file you can convert it 2 .sub

    U don't have to convert it just get VobSub and then open up Tmpgenc then go to file then Environmental Setting then go to DirectShow (something like that) and right-click it till it is at the top of the list now when u encode your movies it will be on the movie.

    Also, u have to make sure they have the same name so if your movie is

    Assault On Precinct 13.avi then the subtitles should read
    Assault On Precinct 13.srt they have to have the same name or it won't detect them.
