serious help of recording online games..

hey guys ive downloaded alot of recording game programs but they dont have a hot key so i can record whil im playing.
ive tried Fraps and wen i star trecording the number goes red for 1 sec den goes back white and the movie doent go to folder.
can any1 give me a working program and sum tips into using it?
