Firefox Cache question again.

How do u pull files out of the Firefox Cache? I want to pull an SWF file out, but the firefox cache files are encrypted for some god knows what reason.

type 'about:cache' into the adress bar.

I knew that, but never knew u could save the contents of the cache onto ur PC...lol
