Guess it depends what kind of job you want, not advisable if you are going into a job where you will be working with the public. Although I've worked in shops with bright purple hair and it was more of a conversation piece than a problem.
....and put the dildo down, we demand piccies.

And you worked in a pub at the time?
That's ridiculous, they can't dictate how you should look if you do the job well.
The manager was probably just jealous his youthful days were over.

I always say im gonna grow mine out but in the end i only let it grow to my eyebrow, then i just shave it bald.
That sounds like me and my hair. I put Non-lye relaxers in it that kinda helped (and didnt damage) and plus I dont put anything in my hair. No shampoo or conditioner. Just comb it. It makes me hair greasy but it also keeps it more controlled and less frizzy.Originally Posted by TheDave
hair length within reason is not an aspect of the ability to get a job. Hair style may well be though.
it’s an election with no Democrats, in one of the whitest states in the union, where rich candidates pay $35 for your votes. Or, as Republicans call it, their vision for the future.
Grow it.
Mine's longer btw
